Once your garment is ready, it will be carefully packed and dispatched. You will receive the shipping details and tracking information as soon as your order is shipped.

Yes, we offer exchanges on eligible orders.

To qualify for an exchange, the item must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition as it was delivered, with all original tags and packaging intact.

If you wish to exchange your order, please send us an exchange request within 7 days of receiving your order. Once your request is approved and the product passes our quality inspection, we will process the exchange.
